Door to door by UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT ... ect for samples and parcels;
LCL by air or by sea, customer forwarder/agent is also acceptable;
T/T, L/C at sight are both available for us.

Samples: within 3-7 working days, and they are free for 2 to 3 existing samples. Besides, you need to afford freight by yourself.
Normal order: 7-15 working days for stock order; 30-45 days for production order.

Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we are willing to accept lower quantity for your trial order. Hope you can place large orders after checking product quality and feel our service.

We offer our regular packaging usually, of course we can provide customized packaging services when we start further cooperation.
Our regular packaging:
All male sides (≥04) will be capped by plastic covers;
If the products in the box are the same part number, we just use one plastic bag; if not, we will package them separately in plastic bags;
We will put labels on the outside of each box showing part number and quantity;
Boxes will be packed into wooden box finally.

We carry roughly 2 more times hydraulic adapter and fitting inventory than our competitors and we’ve expanded our offering to more than 10,000 different styles and sizes. So if you have an urgent stock order, please feel free to contact us, we will ship out within 7-15 working days.

Firstly, we can provide samples to you for testing and confirmation. And during the production, we have professional QC to inspect products in all aspects of production. Of course, we will welcome third-party testing organizations to come to our factory to check product quality before shipment.

Claims of shortages, damages, or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Goods manufactured by us or repaired by us are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.

All returns must be issued a Return Goods Authorization number and must be accompanied by a copy of our packing list and be in re-sellable condition.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Special or customer production items and non-stock items cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for return without prior written consent.  On items manufactured using bar stock, the actual order quantity will be the number of parts from full bar lengths.
